· Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

· Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

· Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

· Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

· Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.

· Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

· Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Responsibilities:

1. Mentor Executives in the following functions:

(a) day-to-day office operations and ensure that the office is clean, organised and runs smoothly and efficiently.

(b) maintenance of office equipment

(c) ensure office security systems are functioning properly

2. Submit accurate data/information to the Parent Ministry and other government agencies timely.

3. Monitor the receipt of e-invoices to ensure prompt processing.

4. Implement business continuity plans to address corporate risks.

5. Support efforts in promoting sustainability.

6. Coordinate the office renovation project, including:

(a) close monitoring of project timelines

(b) ensure spending within budget

(c) ensure issues and delays are brought to Management’s attention promptly

7. First point of contact for audit queries directed to the Workplace & Procurement team

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant working experience.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Meticulous, innovative and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task.
• Customer-centric and able to work well with multiple stakeholders.
• Some knowledge in Procurement and Facilities Management would be advantageous.

Job Requirements:

• As Risk Manager, you are responsible for identifying, analysing, assessing and developing mitigating strategies for the potential risks that could impact an organization’s financial stability, reputation and operations.
• Measure and report the market risk exposure of the firm using a variety of tools including, sensitivity analysis, scenarios, Value at Risk (VaR)
• Product control, produce and report daily P&L and exposures

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree/Masters with strong mathematical inclination
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role, in a trading environment
• Excellent with numbers, with good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Risk managers need to effectively communicate with stakeholders including senior management, employees, and external partners, to ensure that everyone is aware and aligned
• Experience in drafting and implementation of policies and procedures, and strong understanding of risk framework

Responsibilities:

• The potential candidate will be assigned to manage tenders throughout the procurement life-cycle across spend categories, ranging from technology services, marketing services, professional services, healthcare services, facilities services, etc.
• He/She will also support the internal stakeholders in managing contract to ensure no disruption to the essential services and critical supplies, and optimizing the procurement needs while leveraging on overall purchasing power.
• The role requires the candidate to demonstrate the ability to a) re-market the procurement brand from a transactional focus to one that creates value and delivers results, b) perform market sourcing and pro-actively engage & influence the stakeholders to achieve better sourcing decisions and c) integrate data analytics with business needs to formulate effective sourcing strategies and maximize the return on investment.
