Update and record daily transactions in the control cash projection report.
To balance Nostro accounts closing and opening balance daily.
To check and match counterparty’s confirmation.
Ensure that all cash flow position is clearly monitored and managed in conjunction with the Treasury Division.
Prepare and submit DTCC daily report, MAS S$ weekly transactions report (MAS 755) to MAS and Monthly MAS610 reporting.
Knowledge of corporate customer internet banking.
Check the dealer’s blotter at the end of the day to ensure all deals are processed and captured in Treasury Backoffice system.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in relevant fields
Min 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking industry
At least 3 year of experience in Treasury Settlement operation
Good understanding and knowledge in various Treasury products, e.g. Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Security, derivative products etc.
Strong understanding and experience in swift operations, able to process remittance transaction.
Basic knowledge of accounting entry, AML checking and reporting.
With knowledge of corporate customer internet banking.
Must be meticulous, careful, positive and full sense of responsibility.
Mature with good communication skills and must be able to work independently

SCOPE OVERVIEW
To support daily operation tasks (Policy refund/Claims payment & Commission) and assist team members.
Attend policy-related queries from various departments timely.
Review and post month-end journals.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of transactions to meet month-end closing deadlines.
Review payments, commission and policy related analysis.
Review Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliation in timely manner.
Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
Participate and assist in system enhancements.
Provide feedback to the Finance department on how to strengthen on internal controls and improve processes.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accountancy and qualifications from professional accounting bodies would be an added advantage
With at least 5 years of relevant experiences in Finance Operations, preferably from the insurance industry but not a must
Possess knowledge of general accounting principles
Good time management and analytical skills
Meticulous and good with numbers
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as Excel and Powerpoint) and familiarity with AS400 (insurance system), Oracle accounting software is an added advantage
Able to work independently and also as a good team leader
Demonstrate the required skill to perform detailed work accurately and promptly
