Shall provide Data Centre (DC) operations at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer. The DC Operations shall cover the following:

1. DC Environment Support; and

DC Environment Support

Shall monitor the facilities infrastructure in the DC to ensure that they are within the operating levels defined by the Customers. The infrastructure to be monitored shall minimally include:

(a) Power infrastructure (such as Uninterrupted Power Supply and power distribution boards);

(b) Cooling Infrastructure (such as computer room air-conditioning units);

(c) Fire detection and suppression systems (such as FM200, water sprinklers, fire extinguishers);

(c) Shall ensure the network cabling in the data centre and within the racks are neat and tidy.

(d) Shall work with the Customer-appointed Supplier for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading works to the infrastructure at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer.

(e) Shall plan and coordinate the maintenance activities. This includes polling the affected parties, obtaining the Customer’s approval, and sending out messages to inform the affected party.

(f) Shall obtain the Customer’s approval before finalizing the plan for any activity.

(g) Shall provide on-site support during the maintenance activities unless otherwise agreed by the Customer.

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of IT services, ensuring they align with business needs and deliver exceptional customer value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.

Role Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement service delivery strategies, processes, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor, report, and analyze service performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage incidents, escalations, and changes in a timely manner, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or service management roles.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing teams, vendors, and service contracts.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with service delivery in government or large enterprise environments is an advantage.
