Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and provide support to guide users in the hospital's design and planning stages

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Architectural, Civil & Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or related to the building industry.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
• Candidates with a healthcare background are highly preferred.

Key accountabilities:

• Participate in overall Project Management process jointly with Project Manager.
• Main partner for the Financial Strategy success of the project - Optimize financial aspects on the project Org. Tax, Hedging, Financing.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, especially for tax and statutory accounts purposes.

   Preparing timely forecasts for sales, costs, margin, and cash.

10. Supporting the finance teams in the monthly closing process and reporting Project financials in a suitable manner.
11. Supporting requests made of Performance Management Group.
12. Challenge eligibility and relevance Capex & R&D analyzing impacts and optimizing how to implement and informing Operations Finance about the amounts considered at tender stage.
13. Reconciling project data and General Ledger on regular basis.
14. Ensuring project contractual bonds and guarantees are issued on due time and request release "as soon as possible", avoiding unnecessary expenses.
    

The Manager, IT DC Network is to effectively deliver stable, efficient, secure and best in class network

connectivity serving all business areas consuming network services, and to ensure that IT delivers

standardized systems and platforms for a stable, secure and efficient infrastructure for the Data Center

and other buildings.

The incumbent shall deliver IT systems to the business to efficiently support DC Operations, Security

Management and Data Center Delivery. The position shall enable the business areas responsible for, to

utilize the right IT solutions in the best manner in terms of efficiency and client focus.

Furthermore, this role shall define those standards for the IT infrastructure in alignment with all relevant

stakeholders including Security Management, Design & Engineering, Construction and Data Center

Delivery and he/she shall ensure compliance that these standards for both new buildings and retrofits are

implemented.

Main Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of the network team (Routers, Switches, WiFi, WAN lines, Rack and DC infrastructure, Network Access Control, DNS / DHCP / IP Address Management, Phone system (and telecom lines), Media and conference equipment) and DC IT infrastructure team.

Professional Skills
