Key Responsibilities:

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

• Strategise and ideate content led solutions proactively and in response to brief with the wider team. Work with teams to define best-in-class work quality and empower them to deliver in a way that exceeds our client’s expectations and monitor the overall perception of quality and reporting.
• Be responsible for inciting new briefs across existing and new clients.
• Identify causes and make recommendations to account leadership on how to improve ways of working.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for the deliverables on assigned projects including brief response, briefing of the project to the third-party partners and client team management through the project to completion at highest level of quality.
• Ensure project revenue are up to date, from quotation to billing.

CONTENT EXPERTISE

• Knowledge of all aspects of our solutions across Insights, Strategy & Consulting, Content Creative & Production, Content Partnerships and Publishing & Distribution and how they apply across all aspects of the consumer journey.
• Continuous development and learning in and around the content space to advise and educate internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand how content is integrated into a media strategy and possess an understanding of social media data and landscape.
• Understand how brand and creative executions are developed into content led solutions and how they deliver on a client’s business objectives.
• Support team to develop case studies at the completion of each project.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project control strategies and processes together with Project management and/or development team(s)
• Prepare and maintain project metrics.
• Monitor project performance and analyze progress against established benchmarks
• Collaborate with project managers/teams and related stakeholders/functions across global offices to ensure adherence to budget and timeline
• Generate and present detailed reports on project status, forecasts, and variances. i.e. POC, CTC/EAC.
• Support contract management and change order processes
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain project updates and address concerns
• Enhance workflows and optimise such workflows through continual improvements/automation
• Key contact for Controls function in terms of compliance/administration of related company policies
• Support tender teams in controls-related matters including but not limited to risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering /Business /Project Management, or a related field with strong financial literacy
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls within infrastructure or related industry
• Knowledge in project management principles and related software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for co-developing, monitoring and evaluation of the strategic initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, you will analyse trends, opportunities and develop plans to achieve long-term objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy of our agency, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans.

As a Strategy Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping THKMC's future and ensuring its long-term success. You should possess a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills, along with a keen understanding of the social service and community care sector environment in which the agency operates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enabling Growth:

• Lead development & execution of THKMC's strategic plans & initiatives to drive growth & enhance competitive advantage.
• Monitor & evaluate continuously the progress of strategic initiatives, adjusting as necessary.

2. Research:

• Conduct comprehensive Social Service and Community Care (SS&CC) sector research, competitor analysis, and sectoral trend assessments to identify opportunities & threats. Understand how this data could be relevant for THKMC services & operations.

3. Data Analytics:

• Analyse data & perform quantitative analysis to glean insights about THKMC client, caregiver, volunteer & corporate partner populations.
• Use data to understand THKMC positioning in SS&CCA sector & recommend improvements.
• Analyse data (including financial statistics, budgets & forecasts), formulate & test hypotheses, and develop models to quantify feasibility of recommended strategic decisions.
• Identify THKMC strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to work cohesively towards achieving strategic objectives.

5. Reporting and Communication:

• Track performance of strategic initiatives. Construct & update THKMC Management dashboard for monitoring & reporting KPIs.
• Prepare Strategic Planning and Transformation (SPT) discussion & presentation papers. Partner Secretariat(s) to table SPT presentations & updates of THKMC Management dashboard
• Work with Head (SPRM) to achieve functional objectives & deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Post-graduate degree or professional certification would be a plus.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in management consulting, strategic planning, change management and / or business development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in project management principles to oversee execution of strategic initiatives.
• Conversant with Enterprise Design Thinking & Business Process Re-engineering.
• Good working knowledge of Data Science.
• Strong working knowledge of visualization & collaboration tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI & Tableau.
• Expertise in Change Management.
• Deep understanding of Singapore Social Service and Community Care sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across diversified industries.
• Serve as the main liaison point between the firm and clients, providing timely responses to client inquiries and needs, and maintaining regular contact throughout the audit process.
• Establish strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Ensure audit assignments are completed in a timely manner and within the agreed budget.
• Prepare monthly forecasted billings and manage cash collection.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate team members to achieve technical competencies and efficient performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia), or equivalent recognized by ISCA.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a public accounting firm (candidates with Big 4 experience are advantageous).
• Experience managing a portfolio of diversified clients, including both MNCs and SMEs.
