Key Job Responsibilities:

• Utilizing the resources to the maximum productivity to raise the profit margins without compromising quality standards.
• Coordinate and participate with the installation teams to help troubleshoot problems and resolve customer concerns while managing service and commissioning engineers.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Operations Director to lead and oversee the service operations in Gain City Logistics.
