Duties of Key Account Manager:

• Oversee and manage waterproofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
• Utilize and update extensive knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials. Implement best practices from industry advancements.
• Work with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure satisfaction.

Job Description

• Expand new business opportunities of M&E product sales in the local market

Responsibilities

• Implement personal budget and performance targets for India market.
• Be responsible for relationship maintaining, business development, financial planning and risk control with customers and interbank institutions, for the India market.
• Be responsible for developing new customer pipelines for Indian Corporates and Banks/FIs and actively expanding institutional banking businesses.
• Provide guidance to ARM for preparing credit applications (including renewal, facility increase, facility alteration and change of credit terms and conditions for existing credit cases), be responsible for in-situ interview and filling the call memo as well as drafting the credit terms and conditions and producing credit review form and, where necessary, attending relevant review meetings to explain the credit cases in person.
• Be responsible for completing and inspecting the customer credit application,market research and investigation work and relevant paperwork (including credit investigation report (including paperwork investigation, such as financial statement analysis, party of interest enquiry, Joint Credit Information Center enquiry and securities enquiry, and on site credit investigation), cross-reference appraisal report and other paperwork) produced by assistant relationship managers (ARM).
• Notify customers of the approval/rejection results of credit applications and oversee the guarantor-witnessing and contract signing processes thereafter or appoint an ARM to oversee the aforementioned matters.
• Track continuously the industrial updates, regulatory guidelines, going concerns and business needs of customers based in India. Prepare updates on economic, industry segment and regulatory guidelines relating to India market.
• Set forth the terms and conditions of the approved credit facility and administer the follow-up management or other significant incident reporting and tracking.
• Supervise ARM on handling customers’ more-than-one-business-day due payment reminder and follow-up affairs (for due payment less than one business day, the reminder will be carried out by telephone call by the operation services clerk).
• Oversee or appoint an ARM to process collection matters and liaise with relevant departments.
• Oversee the paperwork preparation and process of the guarantor-witnessing, contract signing and account opening (preparation of contract and verification of contract content and version shall be done by credit administration personnel) or appoint an ARM to oversee the aforementioned.
• Process or authorize operation services clerks to process matters relating to interest rate / exchange rate.
• Conduct review and evaluate credit assets.
• Oversee other matters instructed by the Institutional Banking Division, branch manager or line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. MBA / Chartered Accountancy / CFA qualification will be an added benefit
• At least 15 years’ experience in banking in India handling top tier Indian corporates and Banks / FIs.
• Out of this at least 10 years’ experience as Corporate Banking RM independently handling a portfolio of top tier Indian Corporates with revenue & asset KPI.
• Must have strong relationship skills to onboard new clients.
• Possess strong credit analysis and presentation skills to prepare and present credit proposal to senior management for obtaining credit approvals.
• Good command of English
• Must have past experience of originating, negotiating and closing External Commercial Borrowings and foreign currency trade finance (Buyers Credit) as per RBI guidelines

• Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations.
• Supervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback.
• Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs.
• Ensure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulations.
• Train new employees to help them meet the restaurant’s expectations.
