JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will require a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate will be exposed to automotive compliance and finance related processes and must show the initiative to improve the current process while overseeing the day to day operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the team independently with minimal guidance
• Ensuring daily administrative procedures are complied
• Take up responsibility and ownership for assigned cases and scope of support coverage
• Support in the monthly financial closing process, ensuring timely completion of all closings

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
• Able to perform with minimum supervision in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
