• Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, manage, and inspire a dynamic team of coordinators within the Operations Department.

- Foster a culture of responsibility and dedication, ensuring each team member achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review, consolidate, and analyze sales performance of product categories to maximize sales and manage inventory efficiently.
• Complete assortment analytics to develop seasonal category strategies and assortment plans as directed by the Merchandising Manager.

• Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
