• Job Description:

• As a Product Manager at Supcon, you will be pivotal in steering the development and management of our automation products from concept through to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are both innovative and efficient, fulfilling the needs of our customers and maintaining our competitive edge in industrial automation.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of product development strategies.

• Work closely with engineering teams to design and enhance software solutions, ensuring integration of front-end usability and back-end functionality.

• Drive the product vision, prioritize feature development based on customer feedback and market research.

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.

• Monitor product performance metrics and make strategy adjustments as necessary.

• Serve as the key point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on projects.

• Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, etc.

• Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably within the industrial automation industry.

• Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

• Thorough understanding of software development methodologies and project management tools.
