Your Role:

To assess vehicle damages, assist customers in accident reporting, and claims and liaise with Insurance companies & surveyors to provide excellent customer service in vehicle collision repairs.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist customers in accident reporting, claims, and vehicle repairs.
• To assess vehicle damages and submit estimations to insurance companies.
• To liaise with surveyors, finalization of work, and submission of claims.
• To coordinate with a workshop on the progression of vehicle repairs.
• To update customers on work progress and collection date.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec 3 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Possesses a valid class 3 license.
• Willing to perform 5.5 working days.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising and directing system architecting, system development, implementation, and integration.
• Taking responsibilities of software development, implementation, and integration project.
• Supervising the running statue of the equipment during the installation and testing period.
