You will be part of the Managed Services team. Your responsibilities include technical administration, maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to work with our client to ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on agreed service level definition, much to the satisfaction of both customers & company. Managing customer’s expectation is part of your job scope, which required of you to work closely with external & internal project team members. You are expected to be a fast learner, to acquire technical implementation skill as and when needed due to business requirements. You need to have a strong analytical and problem-solving skill, so as to excel in supporting our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor condition of server, apps and security measures
• Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope (Incident Management)
• Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels (Service Request / Incident / Change / Patch Management)
• Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults
• Liaise and coordinate the recovery of systems
• Identify potential changes and system improvements for consideration and implementation (continuous improvements)
• Create, maintain and distribute reports of progress to service delivery manager.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of windows operating systems, Clusters, NLB, or Unix
• Good knowledge of OS Provision, hardening and patching.
• Good knowledge of Solarwinds, Manage Engine.
• Good knowledge of AV solution such as Symantec.
• BMC Control-M
• Good server experiences like AD administration & basic networking experiences
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support is required for this position.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Self-driven and must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting, with minimum supervision.
• Good problem solving and logic skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English
• Excellent customer management skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification

- Ensuring of monthly hosting of events planning

- Liaison with the stage manager on the details

- Overseeing the operations and pre-event planning process

- Knowledge of events preparation and actual day operations

- Rectification of any problems that arise

- Good in problem solving and handling of situations

About the Role:

· Perform warehousing and operations related administrative duties, including transactional processing in system, and reporting.

Roles and responsibilities:

Operations

· Responsible for inbound receiving and put-away, outbound order pick and pack, and value-add operations.

· Value-add

o Perform physical packaging of equipment from returned consignment and put-away after completion.

o Labelling of new training models and other equipment for easy identification.

o Perform physical replacement of dirtied/damaged packaging materials, such as carton boxes and zip-lock bags.

· Perform system processing, such as transaction posting, uploading of documents, and generate delivery/collection document.

· Liaise with transporter for delivery/collection arrangements.

· Liaise with Operations Support on orders matter.

Stock Count

· Participate in periodic cycle count and, when necessary, full stock-take – performing physical count or stock reconciliation as assigned by Team Lead.

Performance

· Meeting set KPI targets.

· Strict Compliance with OSP QMS and maintain zero non-conformance.

Other Tasks & Responsibilities

· Maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse.

· Responsible for proper maintenance and serviceability of operations equipment.

· Support in team/department level projects when necessary.

· Any other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.

• Perform real-time analysis and trending of security log data from various security devices and systems.
• Maintain data sources feeding the log monitoring system, develop and maintain detection and alerting rules.
• Respond to user incident reports and evaluates the type and severity of security events.
• Execute initial triage of incidents to rule out false positives.
