· Solid understanding of both cloud development processes and Payroll / HRIS functionalities

· Proven experience in running as SaaS in Cloud Platform is a plus

· Knowledge in project / product management, project lifecycle and best practices, data encryption, compliance standards and multi-tenant architecture

· Agile & SDLC methodologies with experience in tools like JIRA

· Strong communication of direction and solid knowledge of Project Management Methodology

· Excellent organizational and time management skills
