Salary: from $3.600 to $4,600

Working Days: 5 or 6 days per week

• Responsible for daily applications check and monthly grant disbursements for various national schemes to ensure timely and accurate payouts
• Detect data anomaly, manage system issues and follow up on resolution
• Ensure compliance and update of the Operational Framework and Implementation document to support a robust grant governance
• Manage budget and monitor funds movement of various national schemes
• Support internal and external audit compliances
• Support continuous processes and operation enhancement through digitalization
• Perform in-depth analysis of data for various business domains to drive business decisions

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or Statistics, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in finance and/or audit areas
• Committed, meticulous, team player with good communication skills
• High integrity, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with voluminous transactions

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily operations at designated service points, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent service delivery
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance processes and patient care standards
• Manage financial targets, including annual budgeting, resource planning, and the development of new specialised services
• Supervise a team of non-clinical staff, conducting appraisals, training, and professional development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
• Innovate and implement service improvements to elevate patient experiences and operational efficiency
• Drive recruitment and retention strategies to ensure a stable and capable team
• Act as a communication liaison between staff and management, escalating issues and suggesting solutions
• Contribute to organisational goals by participating in committees and special projects as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree holder in relevant studies
• 3 - 4 years of working experience in a hospital setting, preferably in an operations role
• Demonstrates exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and negotiation, ensuring practical and mutually beneficial outcomes

Technical Tasks:

• Performs installation & provides basic technical training when neccessary (Mainly Workplace infrastructure - WPI products: Medical Pendents & Lights / Gas Management solutions)
• Perform related upgrades / Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure devices / equipment are up to date.

Service Operational Tasks:

• Escalate quality-related situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country
• Monitor and drive completion of monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts

Service Commercial-related Tasks:

• Makes constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs
• Any other additional duties deemed appropriate by Service Manager
