Job Summary:

The main purpose of the position is to promote the artwork done by PWID from TOUCH Special Needs Group in the marketplace so that they can earn an income for themselves.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Secure new retail markets and corporate accounts to ensure market lead and meet sales target
• Source and coordinate production for corporate requesting for customisation from quotation to delivery of goods
• Manage current retail and corporate accounts from end to end to meet sales target
• Manage consignees’ account to ensure consigned retail space are well-stocked up and maintain desirable presence
• Manage livestreaming sales including sourcing for new partner hosts
• Coordinate roadshows, events and workshops to ensure market presence for the brand and exposure for the artists
• Attend to customers feedback and make rectification to issues raise by customers
• Responsible to drive, engage, optimize sales and enquiries on website
• Establish collaborations with other brands and work closely with them to ensure smooth project deliveries
• Build a sustainable sales income to support the business growth

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Able to do public presentation
• Basic skills in MS Excel, MS Doc, MS PowerPoint, Photoshop or Canva
• Intermediate skill in MS Presentation

• Basic fundamental computer knowledge in Microsoft Outlook,Excel and Words.
• Eager to learn and result-orientated.
• Being able to communicate in Chinese is a must
• Preferably with relevant experience working in shipping documents.
• Assist in shippng , sales and administrative office works
• Customer-oriented and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner and meticulous in paperwork

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all content and editorial tasks including editing, writing, content strategy, and steering the overall direction and voice of the organisation’s communication strategies. This includes the production of annual reports, publications, speeches, media releases, etc.
• Ensure and maintain good brand and communication consistency for all company materials and collaterals.
• Engagement of both internal and external stakeholders in successfully executing initiatives, including meetings, dialogues, events, etc.
• Develop strategic communications plan for key events.
• Media engagement for the publicity of the organisation’s activities. Craft media replies and coordinate media interviews.
• Media monitoring for news coverage on the organisation, executive council members and related industry news.
• Formulation of organisation’s annual budget recommendation paper.
• Plan and execute organisation’s council meetings and AGM.
• Event support and emcee duties as assigned.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Strong tertiary education in Mass Communications, Social Science or related disciplines.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Possess knowledge and a keen interest in current affairs.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Strong leadership qualities and good project management skills.

2. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

3. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public/media relations or related positions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintaining full sets of books for the assigned entities including activities such as:
  • Preparing payments for different subsidiaries
  • Prepare and maintain accounting journals for FA, AP, GL and any intercompany activities
  • Prepare and maintain schedules and reconciliations of Balance Sheet items
  • Maintaining cashflow reports and forecasts
  • Assist in all GST related matters including quarterly GST submission to IRAS
• Collaborate with other team members to drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
• Support continuous effort to build up financial systems, internal controls and processes to support a growing business
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department manager

Key Requirements

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with exposure to Healthcare/Retail/Consumer Services preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
