Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our Logistics Team. You will be responsible for preparing and managing shipping documentation, ensuring document accuracy, coordinating with forwarders for timely shipments, and acting as the key liaison for shipping enquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage large volumes of shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders, Airway Bills) to meet daily shipping schedules.
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate import documentation with forwarders to facilitate timely transportation to the warehouse.

Requirements:
