· Liaise with theengineering consultant, supervisory engineers, inspectors and relevant staff

· Implement the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. cloud-based QA/QC program for the mechanical and plumbing scope of work

· Ensure that the subcontractors adhere to relevant quality documentation/records

· Assist in the testing and commissioning of mechanical and plumbing equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years experience in construction project management
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing temporary works subcontract contracts (S$20+ million)
• Experience building 3+ ground up data centers or other technically intensive facilities
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in engineering or related field
• Superior civil, structural, or architectural engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical and plumbing trades
• Prior experience as a site supervisor highly desirable
• Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer based tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English

The Responsibilities of Shipping Clerk:

• Arrange transportation for subcontracted components and internal transfers
• Coordinate in local deliveries & shipment collections
• Assist in the item packing plans and considering special shipping requirements from sales administration
• Assist with warehouse team to ensure shipping items are loaded out correctly
• Handle imports and exports shipments
• Thoroughly prepare and verify all necessary documentation prior to scheduled shipments
• Complete post-shipment documentation such as delivery orders and shipping records
