9. To manage and resolve conflicts, feedback and complaints pertaining to project.
10. Liaison between internal and external party for any projects issues.
11. Prepare circulars, letters, notices and updates on work progress.
12. Coordinate with clients, residents, government bodies and any party as directed.
13. Attend meeting or dialogue sessions when necessary.
14. To report and obtain Management approval/permission for any proposal of action plan pertaining to project matter.

- Liaise with suppliers, customers and their agents and are familiar with the local legislative system and process into shipyards.

- Make travel arrangements in cooperation with our travel agent and customers – including visa applications with the relevant authorities.

- Do admin support like prepare service quotes, project invoices and follow up on service reports.

- Keep track of calibration and validation of our measurement tools.

- Any other duties assigned by Management.

- Report to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise Method Statements for operational tasks and activities
• Allocate manpower and resources necessary for daily works
• Programme scheduling and Engineering Work Requests application to SMRT
• Prepare and submit relevant construction permits to authorities for approval
• Site survey during design stage and verification of plot area and measurements
• Manage delivery of office materials and containers
• Coordination with various contractors for supply and construction
• Plan equipment lists for replacement team by reviewing site survey data
• Check and prepare equipment for daily use by operational teams
• Plan and execute delivery of 3rd rails and associated components from Depot to Main Line utilizing a
• flat and well wagon with Locomotives
• Coordinate of interface activities between coring and delivery teams
• Maintain inventory of Plant, Tools & Equipment
• Coordinate activities for transportation of equipment/materials between (and within) depots and
• work sites
• Supervise sleeper/bearer replacement works with Site Superintendent including hand tamping
• ballast after each shift

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min of 5 years Site Construction management experience
• Railway/Trackwork project experience is a plus
