· The Facade Design Manager is responsible for leading the design, build and engineering of building facades to ensure that they meet safety, performance, and aesthetic standards. Job Title: Project Site Assistant Admin

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support on the project site. Generate application of Jurong Island Pass and Site Pass, SIC.
• Admin provides administration support to the project team and handles project public relations issues.
• Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day general administration.
• Keep proper documentation & filing system.
• Process billing and generating reports.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior deems fit.

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'N’ levels and above
• At least 2 years of working experience preferred
• Able to work independently at the site location- Jurong Island (with Transport Allowance)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Salary: S$3,000

Work Duration: Till 31 August 2024 (May extend till 30 September 2024 depending on project requirements)

Working Hours: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week.

Work Location: Clarke Quay/Novena (Work In Office)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls (in the first 2 months) and field visits to collect timely and reliable data for national statistical information
• Reach out to the respondents to assist them to complete the survey
• Schedule interview appointments with respondents
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct verification to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collected
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in responses by means of appropriate questioning and explanation
• Explain survey objectives to respondent
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Respond to queries from respondents in a professional manner
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Communications Skills | Microsoft Excel | Travel in Singapore to do face-to-face surveys
• Selected candidates are required to complete the training course and passed the tests based on the given criteria
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
• Willing and able to persuade respondents to participate in surveys
• Excellent customer service skills - Focus on quality and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Able to work in high pressure, stressful situations
