• Working Location: Islandwide (Office at Tuas)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing work Site equipment & layout.
• Making improvement proposals for installation manuals, designs, and methods.
• Managing and leading installation teams and subcontract staff, according to installation manuals/drawings.
• Liaising with client representatives.
• Following project timelines and safety rules.
• Checking and managing material inventory.
• Assessing project progress and providing input to the Project Manager.
• Undertake additional office and field tasks as required.

• Petrochemical Industry experience is favorable but not essential.
• Valid class 3 license.
• Able to travel frequently locally/overseas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain and update site records with accurate data entry.
• Provide operational support to the team as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with travelling around Singapore.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Capable of working outdoors for extended periods.
