Requirements

· Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

- Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filed in records

- Document controlling of site records inspections and reports

- Assist the Project Manager/Project Coordinator in administrating documents, purchase orders and contracts at the site office

- Arrange for supplies to be delivered in a timely manner either to store or on site where required

- Update manpower movement constantly

- Compile the documents according to ISO requirements.

- Assist project team in liaising with HR for related matters.

- Handle with site stationeries ordering.

- Coordinate with site personnel and other related parties to ensure timely and accurate presentation of reports

- Any other duty as and when assigned by the Project Manager and Manager

- Communication in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate)
