Qualifications & Experience:

Proposal and designing of innovative automation system machine for factories. • Data collection of initial machine test run to meet specification and produce quality products. • Communicate & coordinate closely with vendors and project team from machine concept design till implementation. • Support in machine manual standardization pertaining to maintenance and safety. • Support factories on new/transfer equipment/jigs/tools, improvement, modification, troubleshooting and overhaul machines to meet OEE goals. • Support and train BATAM local technician within department and Factories. Job Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering. • Minimum 1 years’ experience in factory automation machine design. • Experience in semiconductor process will be an added advantage. • Proficient in 3D CAD design. (Preferrable Autodesk Inventor) • Able to design machine/jig for factory automation. • Able to work independently and self-driven. Analytical and good problem solver. • Good communication and project management skill. • Flexible & adaptable, able to work under pressure with tight delivery schedules. • Able to travel to BATAM and oversea when project assigned. • Proficiency in English. Understanding Bahasa Bangali,Hindi or Japanese is an added advantage.Class 3 Driving License preferred and able to carry worker if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Leads for Mechanical completion activities
• Inducts safe work practice and procedure
• Assigns tasks and manage the Mechanical completion team
• Organizes and coordinate FAT’s, EFAT with the vendors
• Coordinates and liaise with other discipline to expedite system handover and prioritize construction sequence
• Reviews and monitor Inspections and systems handover and make the job compliant to project specification
• Develops quantifiable benchmarks and everyone knows when the goal shall be achieved or completed (e.g. KPI)
• Demonstrates leadership in managing the subcontractor and immediate supervisor.
• Plans and control of day to day activities,coordinating with the subcontractor and discuss on the outstanding activities during the weekly progress meetings and arranging materials for the subcontractor to move with the job
• Bridges between the Commissioning team and Fabrication team and ensure the system handover is done as per commissioning requirements
• Coordinates with team members in the preparation of the Risk assessments / Method statement for the activities
• Communicates effectively regards of project expectations to team members
• Identifies and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Manages preservation activities ,changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in similar industry
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to work from heights and/or confined spaces

Position Summary:

As Supply Chain Optimization Engineer, you are involved in improvement projects defined in the supply chain roadmap. Further, you assist in the development of a process-oriented organization. What You Will Do:
