Job Summary

Plan, co-ordinate and oversee all QA support activities and initiatives in the work cell. To improve process capabilities and product quality to meet the desired targets.

Job Description

• Oversee the product quality from assembly to packaging process and ensure full compliance to the Quality System and regulation requirements.
• Champion data-driven decisions to resolve non-conformances, complaint investigation, CAPA, deviation and other quality matters in a timely manner.
• Interfaces with R&D, unit quality, customer quality engineer to formulate plans and actions to meet product specifications and quality requirements
• Drive quality improvement/automation projects through project planning, scheduling inspection/testing activities, performing analysis and publishing reports.
• Perform test method validation, installation qualification, correlation study for new quality equipment/test method.
• Act as a support role for regulatory, external, internal and/or supplier audits and lead the value stream members to execute the corrective actions for compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform data analysis and trending for product quality performance through monthly and quarterly management review meeting.
• Establish and maintain effective system and procedures to ensure that all manufacturing and engineering documentation are controlled and updated per established regulatory requirements.
• Supervise quality technical specialist and a group of technicians on quality tests and checks.
• Safety & ISO 14001 Environmental accountability: Ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally-friendly workplace by observing Company's rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement and reduction of resource materials.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Requirements

• No experience required. 3 years relevant working experiences in a quality engineer role will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated good understanding of key elements of Quality Management system, CFR Part 820, ISO 13485.
• Have prior experience in managing quality improvement projects would be an added advantage
• Able to effectively multi-task and work independently with a high level of initiative

Responsibilities

• Support and provide mechanical engineering design
• Handle design works and/or project management relevant to ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing.
• Supervise and coach a team of engineers in mechanical services for the project from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion
• Act as either Project Manager or Team Leader in projects.
• Act as mentor to new employees.
• Provide technical assistance to engineers.
• Advise engineers on the project administration and contractual issues.
• Conduct technical discussion on common design problems with engineers

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering with PEB Singapore
• Candidate must have min 6 years of relevant working experience in design engineering of ACMV / HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing services with Engineering Consultancies in Singapore
• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems and drive programs to successful completion
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (LTA / PUB / BCA)
• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT / Microstation / Autocad) will be added advantage

Job Description:

• Support Tender Team with preparation of technical proposals and method statements.

• Prepare technical documents and drawings for submission to clients with help of draftsperson.

• Coordinate and liaise with consultants and relevant stakeholders to ensure the design complies with all requirements.

• Ensure submission deliverables are timely and of good quality and as per Tender Specifications.

Qualification and requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or recognised Degree in the relevant field.

• Able to work in tight schedules.

Experience required

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in Civil works such as Viaduct, Underground construction works.

• 3 years of experience in the construction/supervision for Civil or Building projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1 Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.

2 Digitize business rules, processes, and data, and promote the implementation of IT solutions.

3 Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.

4 Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.

5 Helpdesk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc.

Requirement:

1) Proficient in TCP/IP technologies.

2) Familiar with WAN technologies, knows corporate-level network architecture, knows data communications such as Frame Relay, PPP and MPLS. Proficient in routing protocols and configurations, such as BGP, OSPF etc. Familiar with Huawei routers is preferred.

3) Familiar with LAN technologies, knows building-level LAN architecture. Proficient in common LAN protocols and configurations, such as VLAN, STP etc. Familiar with Huawei switches is preferred.

4) Familiar with Windows server systems, such as AD (Active Directory), DNS, DHCP, Web server, SQL server etc. Proficient in server troubleshooting and maintenance. Knows disk arrays, SAN/NAS storage etc.

5) Skillful in IT infrastructure items, such as server room facilities, structure cabling system, UPS, door access control/CCTV, air conditioning etc.

6) Skillful in laptop/desktop, OS, office software troubleshooting and maintenance.

7) Optimistic, pro-active, team player.

8) Familiar with scripting languages (such as Python, Xshell, and Go etc), and can develop automated scripting tools.
