Working Location: Islandwide (depends on site project, Company provide lorry)

Office Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Days: 6-days work week (off 4 days a month)

Working hours : 8am-7pm

Salary : $3000 - $3800

The Site Security Coordinator (SSC) delivers the daily operational and clerical support for the onsite Security Operations Team at the Data

Centre. The SSC will support general operational administrative functions such as communications, report checking, data entry, stock

replenishment and other general assignments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain a site security calendar to support overall operational effectiveness.
• Verify all shift handover reports have been filed and customer is aware of any issues.
• Assist in the maintenance of a master training matrix for the site security team to support the Training Coordinator.
• Administration of onboarding / offboarding as required by Vendor.
• Update Management on status of projects and tasks during operational meetings.
• Support the management of onsite escort request process to include; scheduling, metrics and communications.
• Record and document meetings; manage the assignment of tasks and timelines – ensure team deliver within set schedules.
• Audit and track restocking of officer uniforms ensuring compliance with quality and standards.
• Coordinate and compile the monthly site report for presentation to customer.
• Ensure alignment and standardization of regional documentation and reporting templates.
• Ensure all site relevant documentation is stored securely and accessible as required, maintain a document management system for all reports, SOPs and other relevant documentation.
• Assist as required in audit and compliance reviews for the site.

Inspecting and assessing the work done by the sub con.

Read and interpret design schematics & SLD to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.

Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.

To coordinate with project engineer & main con coordinator, supervisor on-site work.

Report directly to project engineer & manager.

Oversee the job and resolve technical issues related to the installation, inspection, commissioning and testing in accordance with project scope / plan / schedule.

Check equipment / tools calibration status before using Able to control and monitor the work performance of workers / subcontractors

Review and checking of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements Oversee the receiving and issue of materials at the site store if require

When nonconformity is detected, segregate the materials and determine the disposition of the nonconformity with the party concern

Attend regular site meetings with project team, contractors and sub-contractors on project related matters

Ensure all daily site works and site personnel are performing task strictly in line with the method statement, risk assessment, electrical drawings and Project Quality Plan

To supervise M&E subcon works and ensure subcontractors progress in accordance to schedule set

To prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials

To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspection with RTO

To ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/ or QM requirements To coordinates M&E works on-site with other trades

Responsibilities:

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• minimum 5 years structural coordinator experience
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
