• Develop, analyse market trends and implement sales strategies for supermarket / petrol kiosk / convenient store accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at supermarket accounts.

• Perform market research to identify areas of interest, iterate on key findings and communicate market insights.
• Evaluate key policy and industry shifts in existing and new business space to identify emerging trends, opportunities, threats and distil relevant implications to the company.
• Analyse competitors’ activities to determine the best strategies for increasing market share or generating new business opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas and business partnerships.
• Develop long term business strategies and priorities in pursuing new opportunities in growth areas, new and existing markets.
• Identify areas of capability building to strengthen YRI’s current and future competitive advantages.
• Working with management to develop policies, strategies, and plans to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
• Support Business Group’s annual business planning process
