Are you a subject matter expert in disaster recovery (DR) looking to grow with a well-established organization? Our client is an established organization within the Banking & Financial Services domain. They are looking for a DR Manager to deliver efficient Disaster Recovery plans to keep regional operations running smoothly.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering;
• Has 8 - 10 years of working experience in Financial Services, of which 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Continuity Management / IT Disaster Recovery Management;
• Experience in leading Business Continuity Plans and technology Disaster Recovery exercises;
• Solid experience in project management and execution in the area of IT Infrastructure / Operations;
• Rich knowledge in ITIL, IT operations, project methodology and tools;
• Able to drive team to work together to resolve complex issues by sharing in-depth knowledge and experience;
• Independent and able to manage projects, vendors and stakeholders with strong customer facing and communication skills;
• Good understanding of different financial services operations and processes;
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, planning and organization skills.

Desired Skill-set

• ITIL Certified;
• PMP Certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and oversee execution of all Disaster Recovery (DR) regional plans;
• Communicate business continuance and DR plans / processes to ensure security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology;
• Coordinate and manage technical activities with IT support teams, business users and vendors;
• Liaise with various teams and project managers within IT to update and review DR plan;
• Review and advice in technical resource planning, risk evaluation of DR plans and activities to meet regulatory requirements;
• Conduct DR weekly status reporting, DR readiness reviews, milestone reviews and post exercise reviews;
• Measure progress to ensure DR readiness delivered and prioritize delivery of assigned tasks to meet agreed timelines;
• Consolidate DR planning planning and post documentation for compliance;
• Manage the deployment of hardware / software and support activities on new and existing infrastructure systems;
• Work together with vendors on deriving DR steps for newly commissioned systems;
• Project activities deployment to support smooth technical operations;
• Delegate and monitor distributed works.

Job Description

· Support and manage development of Cellular Modem systems and products.

· Monitor the results and quality of the different software ROMs and technical features implemented.

· Oversee technical expertise on the development of software and chipset platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are properly managed

· Testing and issue triaging for live network issues

· Lead the utilization and/or development of automation tools or scripts to improve product and engineering health.

· Develop test plans based on Product Excellence/test strategies. Lead test plan reviews with engineers and other stakeholders across teams.

· Define the test framework, test preconditions, and other test control and reporting functions to enable others to test functionality.

· Drive opportunities and lead efforts to improve existing test infrastructure or create new test infrastructure to increase efficiency and productivity in test case development, scheduling, or deployment.

· Participate in product design review with product managers, software/hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to contribute to product design, testability, and implementation

· Upto 70% drive testing is required.

Preferred Qualification

· Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· Minimum 8 years of experience in developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.

· 5 years of experience providing technical leadership and leading projects (e.g., test, release, etc.).

· 8-10 years of Field Testing experience with 5G, LTE and WCDMA technologies

· Experience on chipsets like Qualcomm, Mediatek, Samsung and debugging tools –QXDM, Shannon etc is a must

· Candidate should preferably be able to drive in Singapore

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate degree or diploma in IT or Computer science or related field or in any business / HR / engineering discipline is required.
• Passion with a proven track-record to lead a team and make them work towards achieving revenue performance goals.
