Job Description

• Be the 1st-in-charge of the store to oversee and ensure smooth daily operations
• Responsible for the profit & loss of the store and implement appropriate cost control measures
• Manage the store’s budget and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations
• Maximize profitability of the store by increasing turnover (revenues and covers) as a first priority and controlling costs as a second priority
• Maintain and improve the overall performance of the store on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes
• Supervise food and operational safety to ensure a comfortable environment for the customers
• Ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service as well as resolving potential service failure with tact and diplomacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a continuous product discovery process to identify opportunities within target sectors.
• Evaluate site requirements for cleaning robots and uncover areas for product development and enhancement.
• Identify and address stakeholder pain points, including those of site cleaners, supervisors, and operations managers, to ensure the product meets their needs.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize features and develop the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, customer support) to ensure seamless product development and successful launches.
• Work with supply chain and production teams to ensure the smooth rollout of product updates and improvements.
• Assist customers in deploying robots at their locations and provide necessary ongoing support and training.
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity.
• Track and assess product performance, offering recommendations for enhancements based on findings.
• Support customers through successful robot deployment, ensuring they achieve optimal use of the product.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in design, engineering, business, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, design engineering, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in defining, managing, and launching new products in a tech company.
• Experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies and managing product timelines to meet business objectives.
• Prior experience with the operational aspects of rolling out hardware products.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple ongoing projects.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and working in a sprint-based development cycle.
• Ability to create simple prototypes to test and validate product ideas.
• Background in robotics or hardware product development is highly preferred.
• CPM (Certified Product Manager) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is a plus.
