Job scope

• To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring waste collection requirements at customer site are complied.

• Responsible for project management of new and existing projects, liaison with customers on their specifications and schedules. To ensure that the company meets all customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and work closely with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support such as interpret construction drawings
• Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry

Responsibilities

- To closely monitor and supervise assigned workers in construction sites

- To apply & ensure all necessary permits are approved before daily work commencement

- To conduct Tool-Box Meetings (TBM) and brief the entire team on work location and target completion for area assigned

- To ensure that the entire team on-site strictly follow and abide to any safety protocols and ensure safe works
