• Experience: At least 6 years' experience in building (commercial) / civil (LTA) projects, minimally have completed 1 full cycle of building/civil project
• Experience with viaduct / canal / utilities diversion is highly preferred

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Driver Cum Site Coordinator. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of our construction sites, from transporting materials and workers to liaising with site managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport materials, tools, and personnel to and from construction sites.
• Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring all activities are on schedule.
• Assist in managing on-site resources and logistics efficiently.
• Report and communicate any issues or delays to the site manager promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operation of the company vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Class 4 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions.
• Basic knowledge of site management and logistics.

Job Description

• Understand project requirements and concepts

• To liaise with consultants, supervisors, QS and the general workforce involved in the project,

• Oversee drawing management and control of technical document

• Coordinate of document submission to client and appropriate agencies.

• Created and modification of AutoCAD(2D & 3D) drawing for submission and comply to specified criteria and standards, • Collaborate with project teams on drawings and documentation for distribution and filling.

• Assist with engineering-related documentation and administration, as well as any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

• Provide daily work plan to site team and coordinate on progress.

• Participate in Key Site surveys, Installation works as per works requirement .

• Monitor project tool, equipment and consumables requirement.

• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure timely completion of project.

• Any other duties assigned by thecompany from time to time.

Job Requirements

Best if person has done swimming pool before

• Minimum 3-5 years local experience in poolconstruction industry required.

• Able to work independently and working in construction working environment.

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or its relevant

• AutoCAD • Microsoft Office • Initiative and Self Motivated

• Able to manage new and existing projects to achieve project objectives.
