JOB SUMMARY

Functions as the strategic business leader for residential service activities required between the homeowners and the management company. Manages luxury condominium facilities with attention to and support of the 4 Pillars of Operational Excellence. Monitors the development and implementation of residential brand strategies and supports the leadership team in flawless execution. Assists in developing and implementing property-wide initiatives that deliver products and services that create owner engagement while remaining in-line with the condominium documents. Acts as the liaison between the management company and the homeowners and fosters positive relationships between all parties.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration

• Related major; 2 years’ experience in residential hospitality, or related professional area preferred.

Maintaining Residences Operations

• Maintains knowledge of owners’ name/number/family members, residence numbers, and floor plans and hours of operation.

• Maintains knowledge of all marketing packages and promotions used by the sales team (if the property is still in sales).

Managing and Conducting Residences Activities

• Responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of services and lifestyle activities involving homeowners and the hotel when applicable.

• Responsible for supporting the leadership team in fostering and maintaining good relationships with the homeowners and their representatives by providing services and amenities aligned with Ritz-Carlton Brand and quality standards.

• Actively participate in activities and communication that support full participation in the Owner Engagement Survey.

• Document all resident requests, complaints or problems immediately, implement them in to Buildinglink and notify the designated departments.

• Serves as a liaison between homeowners and various departments and builder/developer.

• Provide homeowners with at least 3 options for vendors or Ritz-Carlton services that can aid in home or unit maintenance. Will report any issues that pertain to vendors or service providers and will assist in resolving the issue.

• Communicate a la carte services provided by Hotel and will communicate requests in a timely manner.

• Submit maintenance and housekeeping requests to the appropriate department and follow up accordingly.

• Develop the therapists’ roster and assist the concierges with the appointment schedule.

• Ensure the spa’s operating procedures and policy manuals are implemented and updated as

required and assist with the development and updating of the spa menu.

Reporting

• Assisting the Front Office & Concierge Manager tracking and developing statistical

reporting.

• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on the spa employees.

Purchasing:

• Will take full responsibility for assisting the Front Office & Concierge Manager to monitor

operating supplies for the spa department and to generate necessary purchase requisitions.

REQUIREMENTS

 Impeccable grooming and articulation.

 Warm, friendly & confident personality.

 Self-motivated.

 Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

 Internationally recognised massage certificate (an advantage).

 Internationally recognised beauty therapy certificate (an advantage).

 Experience with advanced cosmetology. (an advantage)

 First aid and CPR certificate (an advantage).

Recruit performing artiste and singers when needed

Participate in all stage performances

To train & guide the stage crew to improve on their performances

In charge to schedule and selection of performing artiste for specfic event's performances

Coordinate & attend all training & rehearsal

Source for necessary accessories and props for all performances.

Singing & Dancing skill

To ensure all stage crew is presentable on stage

Able to manage team well

Responsible for arranging the show list and arranging the performers

Responsible for the rehearsal, audition and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.

Identify the strengths and weakness of Each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.

Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises.

Represent the performing artistes to attend all management meetings.

Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards

Fine tune with others artiste and all the other band members, ensuring smooth operation and ready to perform on the stage at any time in top condition and produce excellence production.

Foster and strengthen teamwork.

2. To liaise with sub con on project details and installation issued

3. To work on project schedule and minor change on the details if needed minor changes on the details drawings.

4. To liaise with builder Safety officer for the safety issued.
