Programme Development & Implementation

• Advocate for and lead the development of specific programmes targeted at service gaps and service delivery issues.

Required qualifications and experience

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work preferably accredited with Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
• Well versed in current social, economic, and governmental conditions and issues.
• Knowledge of human behavior and able to work effectively with individuals and groups.
• Min 4-6 years of experience in social service sector with at least 1 year of supervising professional social work staff.
• Good written, listening and verbal communication skills.
