Our client is an established F&B operator in Singapore, known for managing a diverse collection of multi-concept gastrobars across prominent locations. They are seeking for Social Media Executive.
Social Media Account Management:
- Oversee and manage all company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, XHS, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain audience engagement.
Strategy Development:
- Plan and execute social media strategies to meet brand and marketing objectives, including audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends to keep the brand relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
Agency Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for social media and creative agencies.
- Brief agencies on content requirements, campaigns, and objectives.
- Review and approve content from agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with agencies for timely delivery of assets and campaign execution.
Content Creation & Planning:
- Develop creative, high-quality content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- Create monthly content calendars and schedules for posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and agencies to produce visuals and multimedia content.
Content Shoots:
- Plan, organize, and attend content shoots, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
- Plan & shoot monthly contents
- Edit and optimize content for various social media platforms.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track social media performance metrics and analyze data to refine strategies.
- Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Experiment with new formats, tools, and ideas to enhance the brand's online presence.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Provide support for unexpected or miscellaneous tasks
- Assist with internal and external events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Contribute to other team initiatives as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy development.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including analytics and advertising tools.
- Experience liaising with creative or social media agencies.
- Hands-on experience with content creation, including photography, videography, and editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling through visual and written content.
- Knowledge of design tools and video editing software is a plus.
Note:
Work timing: 11am-8.30pm (timing will change if there is an event)
