Role Overview

This role will be focused on presales and design of Global Managed Services. This role is about expertise in Managed Services including ITIL processes, monitoring and complex service models working with an ecosystem of partners. This is a key role which will be Customer-facing and will have key input to our future direction for services. Qualifications

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

- Excellent business understanding ability, able to reasonably abstract and split business logic, form and implement solutions.

- Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in at least one mainstream programming language, framework and related ecosystem for server-side (such as C/C++/PHP/Java/Golang, etc.).

- Possessing good communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytical skills, able to communicate and collaborate across multiple departments and teams to solve complex problems.

- Sensitive to data, possess good logical thinking and data analysis skills, and be good at using data analysis to improve business.

- Experience with Salesforce/Dynamic365/hubspot/Klaviyo is preferred; experience with sales enablement/internal efficiency products is preferred.

Requirements:
