The FHS organization defines and delivers tailored packages of maintenance services designed to meet the overall requirements of the customer, ranging from FHS-components up to a Tailored Support Package (TSP). In the frame of the digital transition, FHS is in the midst of reinventing its way to monitor, analyze and report operational performances. To support this transition, a project "Click & Trust" was launched at the end of 2022 to evaluate the capacity of BI (Business Intelligence) tools like Qlik Sense to help FHS people to better follow their activities and bring operational benefits. A solution has been developed and has already provided benefits to the FHS users. Therefore, FHS is now willing to invest in this solution in order to:

The current tool developed relies on two main principles:
