• Resolve issues

1. Oversee the assessment of risks to systems
2. Identify complex system issues to provide advisory to the stakeholders

What you’ll need:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent fields
• At least 5 - 6 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems
• Systematic in approach and familiar with enterprise level trouble shooting
• Working experience in VMWare, Hyper-V, Wintel, Virtualization, Windows (2012-2019), VM provisioning, Vcenter
• Experienced in OS patching, server monitoring, VM implementation, routing protocols
• Strong communications skills with stakeholders and ROs
• Experience in healthcare applications preferred and/or willing to take up the challenges in a healthcare related industry
• Required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to quickly and effectively solve issues as they arise
• Able to methodically identify the cause of the issue, evaluate it and develop a solution in collaboration with the team
• Communicates effectively and displays high level of service standards

• Responsible for the execution of civil and structural design involving the preparation of calculations and review of structural design drawings in accordance to customers' specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices.

Responsibilities
