This engineering position is based in Singapore, reporting to the senior manager of R&D. This role drives various engineering teams in delivery of designs, analyses, programs, debugs, troubleshoots and modifications for software applications for Personal Systems’ products, driving continuous improvement to customers’ experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Leads multiple project teams of other software engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.

Purpose of Position

• Provide maintenance and engineering support for process control systems to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant.

Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance in the centre.
