This role will be directly reporting to the Regional Head for Operations , and to be based in Singapore.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment while also conferring with equipment vendors.

• Be the reference point for engineering change management in the plant, implementing the requirements and policy making of such changing, evaluating their impact in cost and delivery before proceeding.
• Be a reference point for other ME engineers in the plant, coaching them wherever is required.

Your background:

• Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts in order to implement them in the Shopfloor.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of the various engineering design software, for instance Autocad, BIM
• Experienced in LTA projects would be advantage.

• Candidate must possess a least bachelor's degree/post graduate diplima/professional degree in Engineering Mechanical or equvalent.
• Relevant project experience in HVAC/ACMV/MEP system both in design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of M&E installation, current practices, code and authorities requirement.
• Knowledge in ACMV product R&D preferred.
• Knowledge in Auto Cad and BIM preferred.

Job Description

• Partner with the Global Operations (GOPS) team (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering) with emphasis on manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly sequence, and quality.
• Provide first line engineering support in resolving daily operation issues in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, through collaboration with a team of multidisciplined manufacturing engineers, manufacturing supervisors and technicians.
• Achieve daily targets on product delivery to global customers in alignment with manufacturing engineering strategies, production schedules, quality and safety standards.
• Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and deviations, provide immediate containment actions, and pursue long term corrective solutions.
• Define and create manufacturing procedures, build sequence, methods, and quality documentation (i.e. work instructions, test procedures, inspection checklists, etc.) according to material and assembly specifications.
• Drive timely solutions for the suppliers, contract manufacturing, and internal manufacturing by liaising with cross functional teams in GOPS and Business Units (BU).
• Lead the execution of continuous improvement projects on quality, cost, capacity, and efficiency enhancement with cross functional teams in GOPS and BU.
• Deliver tooling and test equipment according to product requirements, with innovations in meeting manufacturing efficiency and customer quality.

Prerequisities

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment with hands-on engagement on manufacturing and productivity activities.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Materials/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience within the Semiconductor/Capital Equipment industry in Manufacturing, Quality and/or engineering roles in equipment assembly and test
• Knowledge on material fabrication processes, component installation, sub-assembly and final assembly integration, preferably for CVD/ALD/Epitaxy equipment
• Understanding on Bill of Material structure (Product structure, Generic vs. Customization, Options and Kits) and revision changes
• Experience in working and interfacing with cross functional teams. Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional organization and drive changes.
• Familiar with the following operational excellence tools but not limited to: Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, 6-sigma, Cpk, GR&R and SPC.
• Experience in New Product Introduction or technology transfer
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and processes at user level

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.

• Able to liaise with consultants and subcontractors.

• Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.

• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.

• Review drawings for conflicts with Structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve issues.

• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.

• Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage workers.

• Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.

• Responsible for preparing, submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method of statements and shop drawings.

• To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.

• Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters.

• Quality Control.

• Co-ordination of works with subcontractors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related equivalent

• Required skill(s): MS Office, preferable candidate with AutoCad skills

• Minimum 2 years Site/Working Experience. Candidate with LTA Projects experience will be advantage.

Job Description:

• Prepare designs, sketches and reports with supporting calculations for projects, and supply drafting staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings, the development of quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, consultants or commissioning engineers concerning the design, installation or construction and commissioning of assigned work.
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings.
• Resolve any construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with relevant departments as well as the authorities, to ensure consistency with contractual technical specifications and statutory rules and regulations.
• Report on work progress during meetings.
• Attend site inspection with required.
• Any other tasks that assigned by reporting officer.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a Degree in Engineering (Civil)
• Experience in handling LTA Infrastructure design works
• At least 8 years design experience
• Good knowledge of the various engineering design software, for instance Autocad, BIM
• Candidate with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions

Responsibilities:

• Understand contract and scope of work (i.e. SOW) and extracting the contract requirement into the checklist.
• Follow up FEED, P&IDs developed by consultant.
• Able to perform equipment sizing for pump required flow rate and pumping head together with NPSH verification.
• Able to perform piping line sizing.
• Able to develop system UFD/PFD.
• Able to create System Process Data Sheet.
• Develop/Update FPSO Hull common system related Topside, Safety, Hull marine systems in P&ID.
• Well understanding of common Class requirement such as ABS, LR and DNV Rules for marine system design.
• Well understanding of Equipment Isolation Philosophy and Specification from client.
• Well understanding of common piping material selection and application for marine system design as reference to International Standard.
• Able to incorporate the recommendations from the safety studies into the P&IDs and other relevant documents
• Able to review/comments technical proposal and vendor certified documents (VCD) from vendor (i.e. control valves specifications, PSVs specifications, etc.)
• Liaise with other discipline for relevant information that are needed for process design.
• Able to understand safety related drawing & documents (e.g. Safety Plan, Area Classification, Safety Signaling, Technical Specification for safety equipments, HSE Manual, Hydrant Location Study etc).
• Understand P&IDs and other related process, safety & instrumentation items
• Well understanding of the galvanic corrosion phenomena in the system design and able to avoid or resolve the galvanic corrosion related problems.
• Define control narrative and alarm set point for the instruments.
• System descriptions & all other kind of OIM (operation & maintenance manual)
• Sizing calculations (i.e. PSVs calculation, BDV calculations, SDV calculation, Control valves calculation).
• Carry out Hull Process related studies and prepare official report.
• Good knowledge in process simulation (PRO-II / HYSYS process simulator)
• Familiar System Design Safe Chart, Cause & Effect Matrix, Narrative Control Logic.
• Having knowledge to evaluate the relevant safety studies in FPSO design (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Radiation Study, Fire Explosion Study).
• Understanding of Working Environment Requirement and Human Ergonomic Design.
• Support commissioning activities and troubleshooting of system performance related issues.

Requirements:

• Prefer to have at least 5 years of Hull Process engineering related working experience or similar activities as describe above.
• Prefer to have experience in FPSO project, both topsides & marine.
• Prefer to have experience in Offshore/Shipyard project, Rig building/Ship building.

• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.
