Responsibilities:

• Perform Payment Hub related build and integration activities.
• Design, develop, implement, support and maintain series of software programs, subsystem, revision and enhancement of existing applications.
• Support system architecture, design, support cross business area. Ensuring project designs are compliant to architectures standards.
• Support the deployment activity as per the processes defined. Ensure all the prerequisites are met prior to initiating any deployment tasks. Execute rollback procedures, if required
• Troubleshoot incidents during deployment.
• Perform operational readiness tasks and ensure production acceptance criteria are met.
• Ensure functional and NFR requirements (Capacity, availability, response times, fault tolerance etc.) are delivered as agreed.

Requirements:

• Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Science, Engineering or related studies.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience working as part of Payments Technology solution at an IT consulting or solution development company, as either Microservices Developer or Integration Developer or Solution Architect.
• Must have experience of technical product development or integration hub development as a developer across various SDLC phases such as architecture, technical design, development, deployment, go-live, testing (dev support) and etc.
• Strong skills in key J2EE technologies like Core Java, EJB, JSP, JDBC, Java Mail, XML, JAXP, JAAS, JMS, JSTL, JTA, batch
• Experience with various integration design patters (API, MQ etc.)
• Frameworks experience – Spring/Hibernate/Struts/Jasper/Quartz
• Good knowledge of MongoDB (preferred), MYSQL etc.
• Fully conversant on Interface design, Database design, OOAD
• Experience CI/CD process and tools like Jenkins
• Ability to work in a team/individually and handle deadlines
• Ability to execute the tasks as per the instructions or run books provided by the team lead or architect.

Experience and Technical skills desired:

• Java (core), Spring boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Camunda (workflow), MongoDB, React.js, Spring batch, Redis (cache)
• Exposure to Banking – Payments domain (mandatory)
• Exposure to Payment processing system/products/applications, payments workflow, various payments scheme and framework (mandatory)
• Exposure of payments hub (such GPP, OPF, Icon IPF, ACI UPI etc) integration with bank surround ecosystem is an advantage
• Experience of application developer in Microservices architecture (mandatory)
• Experience of design and build of integration components (mandatory)
• Experience in data structures and algorithms, design patterns and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience building highly scalable distributed systems.
• Experience of building a resilient application/product with supports high throughput, supports high-volume/TPS, 24x7x365.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as SPOC for demand related to Identity and Access Management solution, be it divestitures, separations or acquisitions.
• Assists with identity management tasks related to migration of accounts between organizations e.g.: provisioning and user/account reconciliation, etc
• Designs, develops, tests, implements, and integrates Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions, including installation, implementation and configuration of related oracle products.
• Troubleshooting Oracle IAM with any issues related to connectors or user provisioning.
• Assists with the planning (with Architecture/Governance) to establish overall services and service delivery roadmap.
• Supports identity management operational tasks (e.g identity data flow analysis, review and design or operational support for data cleanup).
• Assists in collaboration with the correspondent corporate functions to facilitate the completion of identity management-related tasks.
• Supports and delivers overall continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree for Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
• 5-9 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk Management, with deep knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management, must have worked on version 12C and above.
• 4+ year industry experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management suite (OAM, OUD, OVD, OIM)
• Strong SQL skills
• Results oriented; ready to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement.
• Ability to develop and articulate well thought out business case and its financial / bottom line impacts
• High level of energy and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
