The Position

The position is within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) division which manages information systems for capital markets activities which includes Front Office (FO) booking platforms, Sales, Risk Management (RM) control and regulatory reporting systems, financial product and contract valuation systems, and much more.

Main responsibilities

• Participate to the automation of the deployment solution.
• Participate in environment preparation for testing phases.
• Participate in developing tools to simplify day-to-day activities on the program.
• Facilitate coordination between program developers and infrastructure engineers.
• Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of the CI-CD pipeline.
• Provide investigation help while fostering knowledge and sharing best practices with team members.

Qualifications and Profile

At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties:

Mandatory

• At least 3 years in Software development or DevOps team.
• At least 2 years in Java/J2EE development
• At least 2-year experience with Jenkins, GIT (GitLab)
• At least 1-year experience in Ansible
• At least 1-year experience in GitLAb

Good to have

• Experience with DevOps methodology & tools like Jenkins, GIT (GitLab), Ansible, Docker/ Kurbernetes, CICD pipeline, Java dev context for the tooling, Database or Big Data storage systems, Grafana / Prometheus / Alert Manager / ELK / Kibana, Jira etc.
• Experience of grid computing.

Job Description

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.

We are looking for an AI Courseware Engineer to design and develop LearnAI and/or AI Singapore collaborating partners’ modules and learning materials. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

The incumbent develops AI learning resources based on curriculum objectives and the assessment of learning needs. The incumbent also enhances the learner-user experience journey by integrating relevant learning technology and delivering through appropriate learning delivery modes.

Additional duties include designing assessment processes, managing accreditation and certification processes and identifying opportunities to enhance curriculum effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI courseware and learning resources.
• Define appropriate learning delivery modes and create engaging user learning journeys.
• Synthesise analysis of curriculum take-up rates and learner assessment trends.
• Evaluate, recommend and prioritize courseware improvement areas based on analysis of learning objectives and performance standards.
• Oversee implementation of courseware review processes to provide inputs for AI Certification team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, AI, computer science and other relevant equivalent quantitative fields.
• Chartered AI Engineer Level 1 qualification would be preferable.
• Must be familiar with WordPress and LearnDash, or equivalent LMS software.
• At least 2 years of experience in curriculum design and development.
• Ability to write effective copy and instructional text.
