About the role
The position is responsible for end-to-end tender activities including preparing quality tender proposals . Working with our sales and development team to achieve company's sales targets.
Contract duration : 6 - 12 months
Responsibilities:
•Identify new tenders around the world through various sources (websites, publications, networks, etc.)
•Review Invitation to Tender documents, analysing and accurately assessing all client requirements.
• Establish a comprehensive project plan that covers appropriate pricing analysis, internal appraisal and evaluation aligned with the global tender management process.
• Provide insights about the risks and benefits of pursuing specific tenders.
•Write, edit, and format quality tender proposals in line with company standards and client requirements.
•Ensure that proposals are submitted before deadlines and are in compliance with all tender requirements.
•Liaise with internal and external stakeholders during the tender process.
•Maintain a database of tenders and results.
•Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all tender documents.
•Assist in other sales and business development activities as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales, business development, or tender management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
