Responsibilities

• Create migration plans with the Cloud Adoption Framework. Design solutions to meet business needs, ensure project success, and integrate essential infrastructure and DevOps technologies.
• Host sessions to outline solution plans in sync with customer business goals and technical setup.
• Attain agreement on solution design and subsequent steps for production deployment.
• Utilize CAF Landing Zones for quick prototyping and proof-of-concept delivery to expedite production rollout.
• Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders to develop enterprise solutions on Azure that adhere to Well-Architected framework principles, including performance, security, operational excellence, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Resolve technical issues to showcase the value of Azure technology implementation while working on end-to-end enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Requirements

• Preferred certification in any of following: Cloud Infrastructure, Data Analytics, Networking, Security, cloud-native application architecture, contemporary software development practices like DevOps & CI/CD tools, container orchestration systems, AI/ML & IoT.
• Familiar with programming languages
• Proficiency in Containers, Micro-Services & Kubernetes through practical experience.
• Practical experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Understanding Hybrid & Cloud Networking & expertise in Cloud Native Security Technologies.
• Practical IAC toolset experience.
• Proficient in migrating large-scale enterprise applications from on-premises to the cloud.
• Skilled in leading Assessment & Discovery workshops, designing robust cloud architectures, and implementing solutions for clients.

What you will do :

• Designing and Implementing Data Solutions: Create robust data models, data warehouses, and data transformation workflows to support continuous system integration.
• System Integration Development: Enhance the integration of diverse business and manufacturing systems using technologies like ESBs (Enterprise Service Buses), message queues, and brokers.
• Building High-Performance Solutions: Develop solutions leveraging communication bus technologies to achieve high data throughput and reliability.
• Lead a Team: Guide a group of developers, encouraging innovation and secure software practices.
• Support Frontend Teams: Work closely with frontend developers using modern web technologies (MERN or MEAN).
• Enhancing Testing Processes: Contribute to building thorough automated testing systems, including unit tests, API tests, integration tests, and regression tests.

Who You will Bring:

• At least 7 years of experience in backend development with a focus on integrating business and manufacturing systems.
• Expertise in integrating information systems used in manufacturing and business, including ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• In-depth experience with data modeling, data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and data transformation.
• Proficiency in using communication bus technologies, such as ESBs, message queues, and brokers.
• Familiarity with technologies like B2MML, MQTT, Sparkplug B, and others.
• Experience with modern web stacks, preferably MERN or MEAN, and .NET development.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Microservices and Containerization: Knowledge of microservices architecture and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

(2 years contract, conversion or extension based on performance)

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Other information

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)
• All company benefits will be the same as a permanent staff
