Responsibilities:

The Duty Manager works under the supervision of the Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to property's guests/customers. Job Description

• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for project.
• Lead and/or assist in the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
• Coordinate and collaborate on project wide BIM related matters with client and interfacing contractors and ensure design process and submissions comply with specifications and requirements
