• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that dishes are prepared to specification and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
• Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks to ensure consistency.
• Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
• Schedule and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and optimal staffing levels.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and kitchen safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of high-quality ingredients while minimizing waste.
• Work with suppliers to source the best ingredients, maintaining relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
• Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Requirement:

• At least 12 years experience in Tapas
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in Spanish Tapas
• Prefer to Have Food Hygiene Cert
• Commitment to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Motivated team player, good communication skills.
