Coordinate all food indent, budgeting, planing operations with subordinates. Analyse recipe, make menu changes when necessary, minimise overhead costs. Inspect cooking equipment, supplies and ingredients to ensure conformance to standards. To interview help recruit staffs. Establish production and staff schedules ensuring timely
