The IoT Digital team is a state-of-art IC design team focused on producing world-class Wireless MCU SoCs. The architecture specification, design, verification, and implementation of the Wireless MCU SoCs is the responsibility of the IoT Digital team. These SoCs include an embedded CPU system with analog and digital peripherals, advanced security, state-of-the-art power management, and best-in-class radios to support a wide range of wireless IoT applications and standards.

Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will contribute to, and manage a team for, the development of architecture, microarchitecture, and design of complex, low power, Wireless SoCs. These SoC devices are multi-core, multi-threaded processor subsystems with multi-level cache, capable of supporting multiple wireless protocols and application functionality, such as sensor hub, AI /ML, while meeting best-in-class power and performance targets. The Chip Design lead will define architectures with embedded multi-core, multi-threaded processor subsystems, AI accelerators, bus interconnect, memory architecture and multi-level caches to satisfy performance and throughput requirements. This will include RISC-V, ARM or proprietary processor designs, high-speed interfaces for off-chip memories, integration of wireless systems, power management, and mixed signal IP. Job Description

Clinical Care

• Comply with approved standards of nursing practices
• Provide nursing services requiring specialised nursed skills
• Work closely with the resident’s doctor and multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the residents; update on changes in the residents’ conditions and needs
• Develop care plan for each resident under her/his care and ensure care delivery and nursing interventions are as outlined in the care plan
• Evaluate the resident’s response to care interventions and revise care plan as necessary
• Collaborate with allied health professionals to initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures
• Conduct and supervise assessments of all new admissions
• Prepare residents’ medical records and ensure all documentations are up to date
• Prepare and administer medications to residents, complying with safe medication practices
• Supervise staff to ensure safe and quality resident care, and in compliance to standards
• Is responsible for the safe keeping of control drugs
• Deal with emergency and incident that arises and ensure prompt action to mitigate situation. Escalate promptly to supervisor, where necessary
• Assist NM/ NC in the supervision, evaluation and disciplining of staff in her/ his team within scope of responsibility
• Promote evidence-based practices on nursing care delivery
• Assist in the plan and coordination of resident’s discharge back to the community

Quality

• Coordinate teamwork in the day-to-day operation of the ward to deliver quality service to residents and families
• Work with team to maintain a safe and clean ward environment
• Work with NM/ NC to conduct quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care
• Ensure team members are familiar with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and all emergency protocols

The Care Staff is part of a team of Care Givers in a residential setting (Secular Home) for boys and youths.

The key responsibilities are to work in close liaison with the Head of Home and the clinical team to:

1) Form secure attachment/bonds with the residents.

2) Provide guidance for positive behaviour.

3) Inculcate good habits and values amongst the residents.

4) Meet the needs of the residents and monitor their progress.

5) Work with a team of Care Staff within the Home to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the residents to develop.

6) Must seek to respond in a calm manner when residents are exhibiting difficult behaviour.

7) Provide updates on residents' daily school going needs and advise the team and stakeholders.

• Support doctor with clinical functions such as administering vaccinations, blood taking and assisting with procedures
• Perform wound dressing and monitoring of vital signs.
• Provide nursing care and patient education and counselling.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in administrative activities of making appointment for patients, recording and submission of necessary personnel and medical information
• Calling patients for their appointment
• Any other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Nursing or equivalent

· Minimum 1 year experience in the related field.

· Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board for staff nurse & enrolled nurse

· Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
