The Quality & Training Team in Primary and Community Care Division supports the capability and capacity building of the PCN HQ care teams to strengthen team-based care approach. The Primary Care Networks (PCN) is setup for General Practitioners (GP) clinics to support holistic and team-based care. With the implementation of Healthier SG, the PCN HQ will continue to play an important role to ensure more effective chronic disease management.

As a member of the team, your key roles will include the following:

Administration

SCHOOL ADMIN cum RECEPTION ( various locations)

This is a contract position, generally for 1-2 year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Manage the school’s front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle scheduling, appointments, and meetings for staff and administration.
• Maintain and organize school records, documents, and databases.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and communication with parents.
• Assist with students who are unwell or provide first-aid.
• May be required to assist teachers with printing of worksheets and other materials.
• Support logistics for school events.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' level or equivalent (preferably with administrative experience).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role, especially in a school setting, is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain confidentiality.
• Minimum 3 years' working experience.

Salary: $2,000 - $2,400

As a Staff Nurse (Maternal Healthcare), you will learn from our Clinical Nursing Leader (RN) to execute effective delivery of optimal care to our customers. You will need to assist our Clinical Nursing Leader(RN) to coordinate teaching and counseling plans to help meet customers’ & family's complex needs where appropriate.

• Uphold Company’s vision and mission.
• Effectively communicate our center’s nursing standards, policies and procedures and ensures these are well understood, accessible and complied by the junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.
• Assist Clinical Nursing Leader to incorporate nursing care policies and procedures in our center.
• Assist Clinical Nursing Leader to review and update relevant nursing care policies and procedures that can be implemented in our center.
• Conduct customers’ rounds to promote and maintain healthy customer satisfaction levels.
• Conduct one-one essential trainings to customers, to ensure that they are comfortable in the stay within the center.
• Act as mentor, coach & counselor to junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.
• Assist Clinical Nursing Leader in regular trainings for junior health care assistants/basic care assistants to ensure competency level of the staff.
• Ensure there is a robust Workplace Safety & Health culture within the team.
• Work effectively with other team members within the same center.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Able to do Shift Work

A Successful Candidate should have/be:

• At least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (recognised by Singapore Nursing Board)
• Good working attitude with ability to work in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients

• Assist doctor during consultation adn in performing necessary procedures.
• Perform general nursing duties which includes performing of clinical procedure/patient’s vital signs monitoring.
• Provide education and counselling to patients prior to treatment.
• Assist in reception duties, registration, collecting payment.
• Ensure compliance to infection control and nursing policies.
