We are seeking an experienced Splunk Observability Monitoring Solution Consultant to join our team and deliver best-in-class monitoring solutions for our telecommunications clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand end-user requirements, provide best practices, and implement advanced observability solutions using Splunk. This role requires a strong understanding of monitoring tools and the specific needs of the telco industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and implement Splunk Observability solutions tailored to the specific needs of telecom clients.
• Requirements Gathering: Work directly with end users and stakeholders to capture requirements, understand business needs, and translate these into actionable monitoring solutions.
• Monitoring Strategy: Design and implement end-to-end observability strategies and frameworks for large-scale telco systems.
• Best Practices: Apply industry best practices for observability, monitoring, and incident management to ensure high availability and performance of telecom networks.
• Performance Optimization: Leverage Splunks full stack (including Infrastructure Monitoring, APM, and Log Observer) to optimize performance monitoring, reduce downtime, and improve system reliability.
• Consultancy & Support: Provide ongoing consultancy, troubleshooting, and support for clients to ensure optimal use of Splunk Observability tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Splunk Observability into existing infrastructure.
• Training: Educate and train end-users on monitoring and observability tools, ensuring they are empowered to make the most of the system.
• Incident Management: Participate in root cause analysis and incident resolution, leveraging observability data to reduce issue resolution time and prevent future occurrences.

Key Requirements

• Experience with Splunk: Proven experience with Splunk Observability Suite, including Infrastructure Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Log Observer, and related components.
• Telecommunications Expertise: Strong understanding of telecom networks, infrastructure, and specific monitoring needs in the telco industry.
• Client Engagement: Skilled in interacting with clients to understand their needs, particularly in the context of performance monitoring and system optimization.
• Best Practice Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry best practices for observability, including monitoring frameworks, data-driven incident management, and system reliability optimization.
• Performance Monitoring: Experience in setting up performance monitoring and alerting for large-scale systems, ideally in telco or similarly complex environments.
• Scripting & Automation: Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash) and automation tools to streamline monitoring and troubleshooting workflows.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide actionable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Splunk certifications, especially focused on Observability.
• Experience with other monitoring tools and solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Experience working in a consultancy role for telecom or large-scale infrastructure clients.

• Provide help and consultancy to our customers in addressing their technical concerns with respect to our product and solutions.
• Propose solutions and innovations to customers via presentation, demo or Proof-of-concept.

Pre-requisites

• At least 2 years of relevant pre-sales experience in system integration.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in system integration and implementation in Web-based and J2EE environment.
• Good knowledge of databases, Object-orientated and web application concepts.
• Proficiency in JSP, Java, Javascript, SQL Web Services, HTML, AJAX, as well as in one or more of the following platforms: Unix, Win NT and Linux.
• Exposure to the following will be preferred:
• J2EE
• Web & Application Servers
• Database Servers
• Business Process Management
• Web Services (e.g. SOAP, WSDL)
• Confident and dynamic self-starter, with a good command of English, excellent customer relationship management and presentation skills.

As a Course Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact between Tree Art and prospective customers. Your role involves educating customers about our course curriculum, providing information, addressing inquiries, and assisting in closing sales. You will collaborate closely with the Centre Manager to ensure a smooth customer registration and enrollment process. Your administrative skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and proactive approach will contribute to improving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities:
-Perform administrative duties using Microsoft Office applications.
-Familiarize yourself with the Tree Art curriculum and programs.
-Identify and recommend course curriculum that aligns with customers' needs and objectives.
-Liaise closely with customers, addressing course inquiries through walk-in and online platforms, and facilitating sales closure.
-Collaborate with the Centre Manager to ensure a seamless registration and enrollment process.
-Collect and review feedback from customers to improve sales and enhance the customer experience.
-Maintain database records and analyze sales data for administrative purposes.
-Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Centre Manager.

Qualification:
-Possess at least a diploma in any field.
-Fresh graduates who are proactive and sales-driven are encouraged to apply.
