Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the head of professional team composed of legal, compliance and risk management professionals to provide Regional/Country Management and various business lines as well as other functional departments with solid support and assistance in a full range of legal, compliance and risk affairs;

Job Requirements:

• Holder of law degree from reputable law schools;
• Minimum 5 years PQE in legal/risk and/or compliance fields in multinational companies, top tier international law firms a must;
• Admission to the Singapore Bar is required, with other common law bar qualification a plus;
