Customer Service

• Identify and address potential issues that may arise in the sales order to delivery process and customer service.
• Collaborating with the Sales and Business Development manager to reach out to customers on a regular basis to keep them up to date on the newest commercial information.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for managing complaints and handling claims.

Order Management

• Provide sales administration and support, primarily in the order and delivery process.

• Generate quotations, verify stock availability, and manage shipping schedules within established guidelines.

Logistics Service Support

• Handle import and export trade inclusive letter of credit.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Customer Service, Food Technology, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Min 3 years of working experience in customer service, preferably in food ingredients / manufacturing or freight logistics sector
• Good working knowledge of ERP system i.e. Blend ERP
