As an Associate within the Account Maintenance team, you will be central to our account maintenance operations, guaranteeing precise and careful handling of every client account update. You will work closely with bankers and business units, managing expectations and improving the client experience through clear communication of requirements and timelines. Your responsibilities will include analyzing potential risks, efficiently resolving issues, and safeguarding sensitive client data. This role provides an opportunity to work independently, contribute to system enhancements, and play a crucial role in promoting continuous service delivery improvements.

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate the effective completion of each assigned account maintenance task from initiation to completion, following up with responsible teams and escalating issues as needed.

• Serve as the primary interface for Bankers, managing expectations and enhancing the client experience. Clearly communicate account maintenance requirements and timelines.

• Set and manage the priority of all requests through ongoing engagement with business units, proactively managing the pipeline throughout all stages of the process.

• Drive effective issue resolution within policy boundaries, ensuring tasks are completed in line with service level agreements. Undertake account updates timely and ensure they meet required quality standards.

• Analyze AML risks associated with account changes, identify and escalate potential risks and operational issues. Handle sensitive client data confidentially.

• Work independently to complete assigned tasks within established timeframes. Ensure account data and management information is updated within SLA into systems.

• Participate in UAT and suggest system improvements. Contribute ideas and participate in efforts to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 5 years of experience in KYC, Client Onboarding, or Client Account Maintenance.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.

• Open-minded, able to share information, knowledge, and expertise with peers and team members.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of the Private Banking and Wealth Management industry.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

The Value Team Architect works closely with Product Line Leads, Product Managers and all squad members to create a modular, scalable solution that addresses/incorporates future architectural changes and designs.

Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Value Team Lead, Product Line Leads, Product Managers and Lead Engineers you will work on the following:

• Understand
  supply chain domain business use cases, opportunities and challenges
  current industry technology trends and introduce best practices to Value Team
• Create
  architecture deliverables and artifacts relevant for accountable architecture domain(s)
• Drive
  the technology strategy for the Value Team that aligns with the business needs and enterprise architecture strategy
  the notion of reusable architecture assets & standards such as current-state business/technology capability maps as well as future state planning roadmaps for the Value Team.
  Tech Center strategy for Digital Supply Chain organization by boosting collaboration within Singapore and across all locations in Technology Center network
  Our workforce pipeline in Value Team by leveraging company programs to onboard, mentor and upskill the leaders of the future in Technology Centers
• Partner with
  product teams to use agile, value-centric, business outcomes-oriented, and total cost of ownership-based principles to guide decision making
  product line solution architects to develop a documented business, solution, information, and data architecture for supply chain

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

Education

• B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. in a scientific or technical discipline (such as computer science, engineering, biology, chemistry, etc.)

Required Experience and Skills

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences or similar industry, with demonstrated hands-on experience in solution architecture and information system designs
• 10+ years of experience in leading development squads/ teams in global environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise, solution and information architecture principles
• Domain knowledge of technology for supply chain management including data and analytics platforms, ERP solutions, supply chain planning, warehousing, distribution and logistics
• Experience in working closely with a range of business lines to identify business needs and opportunities
• Experience with Agile ways of working, leading or working as part of scrum teams
• Experience as a change agent of transformation to product model organization/ operating model
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination: Coordinating various administrative duties, including but not limited to minutes taking, invoicing, data entries, document management, and overseeing goods flow.
2. Office Operations: Assisting with day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out processes, and managing room transfers.
3. Liaison: Liaising with departments such as Marketing and Procurement on residents’ matters, service requests, and purchase orders.

8. Data Management: Key liaison with the Marketing Team on all residents’ data, room allocation for new residents and ensuring prompt update on the residents’ data on check-ins, check-outs, replacements and transfers.
9. Data Reporting: Ensure timely reporting of residents’ data to relevant stakeholders and the Management.
10. Accounts Payable: Handling accounts payable functions and managing invoices. Facilitate billing to clients on resident-related matters such as infringements, additional appliances and maintenance in rooms.
11. Health and Safety: Implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols to ensure a safe living environment for residents.
12. Training and Development: Participating in training programmes to develop management skills and knowledge of dormitory operations.
13. Event Management: Assisting the organisation and facilitation of social and educational events to encourage resident engagement.
14. Any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
